The Member Assistance Program is staffed by mental health professionals including Ph.D.- and Master’s-level counselors who have specific experience and training in assisting children and adults. The professionals that work for WLCFS are licensed by the State of Wisconsin and have advanced training, certification, and experience in various areas of specialty. All MAP professionals who provide services via distance modalities (telephone, video-assisted counseling) are Distanced Counseling Credentialed (DCC).
