Skills: Education beyond high school, graduation preferred. Experience working with aging population, knowledge of housing needs and requirements of the elderly, excellent written and verbal communication skills, sales planning knowledge, cold-calling ability and experience in basic office procedures.
Duties: Full-time position for individual who will be responsible for attracting and securing residents for the WLCFS Senior Housing facilities and services. This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and sales plans that successfully draw potential clinets and their families. The position goes beyond initial sale to include facilitating the post sale aspects of assuring communication to assure a seamless move in process.
