Located on Peace Parkway in Hartford, this 46-apartment community will feature a number of services and amenities that will not only provide a comfortable living atmosphere but also peace of mind should health issues arise.

In addition to well-appointed apartment homes, the community will boast a number of beautiful common areas including a spacious dining area, private rooms to gather with friends and family, fitness facilities, a library, a cafe, a beauty salon, and picturesque gardens and outdoor terraces.

The one-bedroom floor plan is ideal for the single senior. Offering ample living space and a full-service kitchen, the floor plan also boasts numerous closets and storage areas. With beautiful views of the gardens and surrounding community, the one-bedroom is a wonderful value. Total square footage for this model is 560 sq. ft.

A great floor plan for the senior couple or for someone who would just like more space, the two-bedroom, one-bath floor plan offers a
fantastic flowing living/dining area. Total square footage for this model is 910 sq. ft.

For those who often have overnight guests, the two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan offers the convenience of a suite-like experience. Open-concept living areas add to the spaciousness of this plan. Total square footage for this model is 950 sq. ft.

Care Services
In addition to beautiful apartment homes, our residential care apartment complex offers a number of service levels to assist you with activities of daily living. The level of service needed is determined upon move-in through a comprehensive assessment administered by our health services team. The level is tailored to your needs and designed to fit your lifestyle. Throughout your stay, your service level will be reassessed to assure you and your family that your needs are being met.
Level I: Includes up to 8 hours of service per week
Level II: Includes 8-12 hours of service per week
Level III: Includes 13-20 hours of service per week
Level IV: Includes 21-28 hours of service per week
Services for Levels I-III include:
• Case management by on-site RN
• Meal plan
• Transport to/from meals, activities, and in-house appointments
• Emergency call system
• Medication set-up
• Laundry
• Light housekeeping (dishes, garbage, tidying up)
• ADL assistance (dressing, grooming, hygiene)
• Daily apartment reassurance check
• 24-hour staff availability
• Arranging for medical services
• Weekly bathing
• Light meal preparation in client’s apartment
Services for Level IV include all of the services listed above plus the following:
• Incontinence management
