It is our mission to provide Luther Haven residents with many living options.  One of these options is the style of apartments to choose from.  Luther Haven currently has nine different floor plans to choose from.

We encourage residents to make their apartment their home in every aspect. Decorate as you wish, invite family and friends over, and enjoy your new neighbors during your healthy and active retirement years.

The Chestnut efficiency style apartment offers 486 sq. ft. of living space.  It features a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and complete kitchen.
	The Pine/Juniper apartment has 648 sq. ft. of living space for those interested in a one bedroom/one bathroom option. The five-room apartment has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.  Juniper apartments also have a patio or balcony.
The first of our two-bedroom apartments, the Elm, has 864 sq. ft. of living space. Complete with a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, and one bath, the Elm also boasts a balcony or patio.
	Our Oak apartments have the luxury of a large balcony and windows facing two directions.  A kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom complete this 918 sq. ft. home.
The remodeled Palm apartment has 918 sq. ft. of living space.  The upgraded kitchen offers a glass-top stove and dishwasher in addition to our usual appliances.  With a dining room, living room, and two large bedrooms, the Palm also boasts a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom.
	Also remodeled, the Sycamore has 943 sq. ft. of living area with all new appliances.  The Sycamore boasts a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a stackable washer and dryer, and a balcony or patio.
The Cypress apartment homes are designed for those looking for more space.  These two bedroom, two bathroom apartments include 999 sq. ft. of living area and include all of the same amenities of the Palm and Sycamore, including a patio or balcony. Residents who choose a Cypress may be able to request the 1 1/2 bath plus washer/dryer option rather than two full baths.
	A master suite is the highlight of the Willow apartment.  With 1,134 sq. ft. of living space, there is plenty of room for entertaining and enjoying an evening at home.  Like many other apartment homes, the Willow also includes a patio or balcony and the added convenience of a full-size washer and dryer in the utility room just off the master suite.
Our largest apartment, the Cedar includes an updated kitchen, breakfast nook, extra-large living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.  The laundry room just off the living room boasts a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.  With 1,187 sq. ft. of living space, the Cedar truly is an exceptional place to call home.
