Wisconsin Lutheran Care Center is licensed to serve 144 residents and is Medicare, Medicaid (Title 19), and Family Care certified. Our dedicated, professional staff provides our residents with around-the-clock care and encourages the highest level of personal independence. Under the direction of the resident’s physician, rehabilitation services are offered for those who are recovering from surgery or acute illnesses, as well as for those who suffer from chronic conditions.
