Wisconsin Lutheran Care Center

Wisconsin Lutheran Care Center is located on the northwest edge of Milwaukee at 6800 N. 76th Street.

From the North:
Take Hwy. 45 South to Hwy. 41 South. Exit at Good Hope Road. Turn left onto Good Hope Road. Continue going east until 76th Street. Turn right onto N. 76th Street. Wisconsin Lutheran Care Center will be on your left side. Turn left on Green Tree Road (the first stop lights) to park in the Care Center parking lot.

From the South:
Take I-94 West to 894 East/45 North. Exit at Good Hope Road. Turn right onto Good Hope Road. Continue going east until 76th Street. Turn right onto N. 76th Street. Wisconsin Lutheran Care Center will be on your left side. Turn left on Green Tree Road (the first stop lights) to park in the Care Center parking lot.

From the West:
Take I-94 East to 41/45 North. Exit at Good Hope Road. Turn right onto Good Hope Road. Continue going east until 76th Street. Turn right onto N. 76th Street. Wisconsin Lutheran Care Center will be on your left side. Turn left on Green Tree Road (the first stop lights) to park in the Care Center parking lot.
